1. The Private pool in the villa is for your exclusive use.

2. JTBEACHVILLAS can offer you the LOWEST all-inclusive rates. This is because we are PLATINUM SUPREME SHAREHOLDERS that have an exclusive lock on our all-inclusive rate. Please call to inquire.

3. Deja View Beach is for the exclusive use of Shareholders and guests will not have access to this beach. 

4. Transfers are included with all reservations to the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort made with JTBEACHVILLAS.com. We will happily arrange your transfer from Puerto Plata Airport once we receive your flight information.

5. A Golf cart is included with your villa reservation via JTBEACHVILLAS.com for repeat customers only (pending availability). Golf cart rentals may be available for $50 per week for villa rentals only.

6. The Dominican Republic requires the purchase of a tourist visa upon entrance into the country. The visa costs $10 dollars and can be purchased at the airport upon going through immigration.

7. There is no minimum occupancy in a villa rental. The rental rate is for the entire week not per person.

8. Restaurant reservations can be made upon arrival to the resort. Azul access is limited to Shareholders. Jazz access is for guests of the Presidential Suites. All of our guests have access to all the other dinner restaurants and buffets. Kosher Cuisine is available however the all inclusive rate is different. Please call if you have specific questions regarding the Kosher all-inclusive plan.

9. JTBEACHVILLAS.com will not refund your accomodation fee if you cancel less than 3 months prior to your reservation date. Date alterations may be arranged pending resort availability.

10. Safe rental is available upon check-in at villa reception for a small fee. 

11. My family travels to the Dominican Republic usually multiple times per year. We never exchange currency. We bring many $1 and $5 dollar bills for tipping on the beach and at restaurants. Tipping is not required nor is it expected. We tip EXCELLENT service which we frequently receive at the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club.

12. Irons and hairdryers are available in all accomodations.
